Key Staff Experience

Our Managing Director, Dave Saul, has twenty years experience in landscaping and natural area restoration and management. He is trained in landscaping and bush regeneration and has extensive experience and training in machinery maintenance and application.  

Dave's passion for Australian flora & fauna results in a high standard of work on every job.  As well as using standard techniques for regeneration and rehabilitation his years of experience mean that he can also develop innovative approaches to suit every clients needs. His 'vision' when completeing a landscape job means he can 'see' the finished product before it is actually complete.

As well as business management and administrative duties he oversees all projects and constantly liaises with team leaders. As a personal interest, Dave undertakes wildlife rescues and preliminary and post operative care of injured native fauna. He is passionate about 'Australiana' and is keen to see our heritage (natural and man-made) preserved for future generations. He collects and restores various antique machines including motorcycles, cars and agricultural equipment.

Our Assistant Manager, Emma Langton is especially skilled in plant genetics and completed her university honours thesis on the genetic characteristics of a threatened Grevillea species. Emma manages our nursery as well as day to day administration and business planning. As a personal interest Emma practices various forms of dance including ballet and tap, in which she is very accomplished. Dave and Emma are also the proud owners of two pet dromedary camels - Bullwinkle and Sheila.
 
All of our staff have training in horticulture, natural resource management (or similar), with many also having additional skills such as engineering or construction. We have an enormous base of skills and knowledge and are confident tackling any style or size project.
